Order processing

We aim to send orders out within 2 working days of receiving your order.

We are a small team, so thank you for your patience whilst we get your order out.

Shipping prices

Australia: Standard (2-3 days): Free

Australia: Express (1 day): AU$3.90

New Zealand: Standard (4-7 days): AU$4.75

USA: Standard (5-9 days): AU$10.40

UK / Europe: We do not deliver to this region yet

Asia: We do not deliver to this region yet

Returns & Exchange policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our hair and skincare products.

We can offer an exchange or shop credit in some circumstances within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email at hello@sundara.beauty with any concerns about your purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs involved in returns and exchanges.

Damages & issues

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if your order is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify it.

What if my return is late?

Any returns that arrive after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our fulfilment centre. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.

Order cancellations

We accept cancellation of orders from the time when the order has been placed online until 14 days after the delivery of your goods. If your order has not yet shipped you will receive an immediate refund.

In order to cancel your order you will need to email hello@sundara.beauty with your order number and details of purchase.

If you have received the goods YOU MUST NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING. We are unable to accept your cancellation of order if the you have opened the products or used them. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse a refund.
